Hyderabad: A total of 64 grievances were submitted at Prajavani in Ranga Reddy district on Monday during the weekly public grievance meet at the Integrated District Offices Complex.
Residents from various parts of the district met Collector C. Narayana Reddy and handed over written petitions. Most of the issues involved civic and administrative matters. Of the 64 complaints, 42 came under the Revenue Department. The remaining 22 involved other departments.
Grievances submitted at Prajavani prompt immediate action orders
Collector Narayana Reddy instructed district officials to resolve each grievance without delay. He made it clear that petitions must not remain pending and should be addressed quickly. He also told officers to review each case regularly and provide status updates.
Officials from every department were asked to examine the issues raised and act accordingly. He stressed the importance of closing grievances promptly and responsibly.
District Revenue Officer Sangeeta participated in the session. Other attendees included municipal officials, Mandal Tahsildars, heads of various departments, and Collectorate superintendents.
