Hyderabad: The Telangana State Rajiv Swagruha Corporation will auction 163 open residential plots on November 17 and 18. These plots are located in Thorrur, Bahadurpalli, and Kurmalguda. Managing Director V. P. Gautam confirmed that all sites come with complete infrastructure and no legal issues. Buyers can begin construction immediately.
Thorrur plots draw highest attention
Thorrur will offer the largest share of plots. Officials will auction 125 plots ranging from 200 to 500 square yards at Avika Convention, Pedda Amberpet. The auctions for these plots will take place on both days.
In Kurmalguda, 25 plots measuring 200 to 300 square yards will be available. Bahadurpalli will feature 13 plots ranging from 200 to 1000 square yards. The auctions for both locations will happen on the afternoon of November 18.
The last date to register for the auction is November 15.
Demand rises as Thorrur layout nears sellout
Buyers are showing strong interest in the Thorrur layout. Many have already visited the site and interacted with residents. Of the 885 plots developed in the area, buyers have already purchased 517 through installment schemes. Now, the remaining 125 are open for auction.
Officials expect strong participation due to rising demand and rapid development around the Outer Ring Road.
