Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi distributed sewing machines to local women in Imiliban, Yakutpura. He emphasized the importance of women’s financial independence for family stability and economic growth.

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi emphasized the need for women to achieve financial independence to support their families. On Sunday, he distributed sewing machines to local women in Imiliban, Yakutpura constituency’s Rain Bazaar division.

Speaking at the event, Asaduddin Owaisi highlighted the multiple responsibilities women shoulder in their families. He noted that despite managing household duties, many women face financial insecurities due to a lack of income sources. To address this, he said efforts were being made to provide women with financial stability through skill-based employment.

By distributing sewing machines, Owaisi stated that women could now earn a livelihood from home, ensuring a steady source of income while managing their family responsibilities. He encouraged women to become economically self-reliant, stressing that financial support within the household leads to a better standard of living and overall happiness.

A total of 25 women received sewing machines as part of the initiative. The event was attended by Yakutpura MLA Jafar Hussain Meraj, along with local AIMIM leaders and community members.
