Hyderabad: Train services came to a standstill on the Peddapalli route after a girder support broke and fell on the railway track near Kunaram, where an ROB was under construction. The Bhagyannagar Express has been halted at Raghavapur railway station for four hours as a result.
Railway authorities confirmed all train movements on the Peddapalli line had been suspended, estimating another two hours before restoration.
Passengers have been stranded inside the Bhagyannagar Express for hours, facing severe inconvenience.
