Commercial Taxes reported a 4.7% increase, while the Mines Department posted an 18.6% rise. However, Bhatti noted that several departments continued to lag in revenue generation.

Ministers Uttam Kumar Reddy and Jupally Krishna Rao also attended the meeting. During the session, Uttam Kumar Reddy directed officials to launch desiltation works in major irrigation projects.
