Hyderabad: Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka on Sunday accused the Election Commission of siding with the BJP by remaining silent on allegations of voter deletion.
Speaking to the media in Visakhapatnam, where he attended the engagement of Janasena MLA Konathala Ramakrishna’s daughter, Bhatti warned that ignoring vote tampering was a direct attack on civil rights. “Removing names from electoral rolls is nothing short of trampling on citizens’ rights,” he said.
He alleged that the BJP stood to gain from systematic voter fraud. “Rahul Gandhi has already exposed the scale of this tampering. The people have seen the evidence,” he said.
Bhatti also expressed strong support for Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Vote Adhikar Yatra’ in Bihar. He said the march had gained momentum, drawing support from political parties, citizens, and pro-democracy voices across India.
