Hyderabad: Telangana BJP President N. Ramchander Rao on Wednesday urged party workers to support communities affected by Cyclone Montha, which has hit parts of Telangana and coastal Andhra Pradesh.
He called on the BJP cadre to work with local authorities, disaster response teams, and voluntary groups to provide essential relief. This includes food, shelter, medical help, and other supplies.
Highlighting the party’s commitment to public service, Rao said, “At this hour of distress, our foremost duty is to stand by the people especially farmers, daily-wage earners, and individuals with limited income whose livelihoods have suffered the most.”
He made the appeal through an official statement, urging prompt and unified action from the party’s grassroots teams across the state.
