HYDERABAD: Senior Congress leader Mahesh Kumar Goud has challenged BJP leaders to list their contributions to Telangana, stating that they have no moral ground to criticise Rahul Gandhi’s family. Speaking to the media, he questioned BJP’s role in the state’s development. “What have BJP leaders done for Telangana? They should answer this first,” he remarked.
Goud also took strong exception to BJP leaders’ comments on Rahul Gandhi’s family, asserting that they lacked the “moral right” to speak about it. He accused the BJP of failing to address the concerns of Telangana’s people while indulging in personal attacks.
The remarks come amid escalating political tensions between the BJP and Congress in Telangana, as both parties prepare for upcoming elections and policy debates.
