HYDERABAD: BJP MP Laxman has strongly criticized Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, accusing him of making unfounded allegations against the Central government. He urged the CM to refrain from misleading the public with politically motivated claims.
Addressing the media on Tuesday, Laxman stated that Revanth Reddy should prioritize governance instead of indulging in political gossip. He asserted that the Centre has been consistently supporting Telangana’s development, dismissing the CM’s remarks as baseless.
Laxman further accused the Congress-led Telangana government of attempting to divert public attention from its own shortcomings by blaming the Centre. He reiterated that the BJP remains committed to the state’s progress and warned that such statements against the Union government would not be tolerated.
The remarks are expected to intensify political tensions between the BJP and Congress in Telangana, especially as both parties gear up for upcoming elections.
