Hyderabad: Bodhan MLA P. Sudarshan Reddy took charge as Government Advisor to the Telangana government with Cabinet rank on Wednesday. He assumed office at his Secretariat chamber in the presence of Ministers Tummala Nageswara Rao and Ponnam Prabhakar, Advisor to the Chief Minister Vem Narender Reddy, and several public representatives.
The state government recently appointed Bodhan MLA Sudarshan Reddy as Government Advisor and Mancherial MLA Prem Sagar Rao as Chairman of the Civil Supplies Corporation, both with Cabinet status. Chief Secretary S. Ramakrishna Rao issued the official orders earlier this week.

After taking charge, Ministers Tummala and Ponnam, Advisor Vem Narender Reddy, and other leaders congratulated Sudarshan Reddy and presented bouquets. Officials said the appointment aims to strengthen key departments and improve coordination in governance.
Meanwhile, Prem Sagar Rao will lead the Civil Supplies Corporation as its chairman with Cabinet rank.
