HYDERABAD: BRS MLA Jagadish Reddy has been suspended from the Telangana Assembly by Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar. The Speaker issued orders confirming the suspension, which will remain in effect until the end of the ongoing session.
With this decision, Jagadish Reddy will not be able to attend the Assembly proceedings until the budget session concludes. The proposal for his suspension was moved by Legislative Affairs Minister Sridhar Babu in the Assembly. Following the approval of the motion, the Speaker directed Jagadish Reddy to leave the House immediately.
The decision to suspend Jagadish Reddy has led to strong objections from BRS members, who expressed their dissatisfaction over the move. Party legislators demanded an opportunity to speak on the matter.
