Hyderabad: BRS MLC Dasoju Sravan Kumar accused the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) of political bias. He said officials removed Dasara greeting posters of K. Chandrashekar Rao from Shaikpet and Jubilee Hills but ignored banners of Congress and BJP.
Sravan criticised GHMC for neglecting civic problems such as potholes, garbage, and overflowing drains. Instead, he said, the corporation focused on erasing only BRS posters.
Sravan questions GHMC over removal of KCR posters
In a post on X, Sravan wrote that GHMC fears posters on pillars more than bad roads and civic mess. He alleged the move was a deliberate attempt to target BRS.
“Is the government so rattled by KCR that it already dreads a thumping BRS victory in Jubilee Hills by-polls?” he asked.
Irony! GHMC fears posters on pillars more than potholes on roads. @GHMCOnline @CommissionrGHMC @CEC_EVDM
