Hyderabad: Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh of the Telangana High Court visited the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in Yadagirigutta on Saturday and offered special prayers. He was accompanied by Justices K. Laxman, K. Sharath, K. Sujana, and V. Ramakrishna Reddy.
Upon their arrival at the hill shrine, the dignitaries were welcomed with flower bouquets by Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District Collector Hanumantha Rao and temple in-charge Executive Officer Ravi Naik. Temple priests greeted the Chief Justice with a ceremonial Poorna Kumbha reception.
Justice Singh and his colleagues performed special pujas after having darshan of the presiding deity Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy. Following the prayers, the temple EO presented them with prasadam and a framed image of the deity at the mukha mandapam.
Rachakonda Police Commissioner Sudheer Babu and ACP Srinivas Naidu also participated in the event.
