HYDERABAD, 30 January 2025: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Governor Jishnu Dev Varma visited Bapu Ghat on Tuesday to pay tributes to Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary. Several ministers and senior officials accompanied them during the ceremony.
Ministers Tummala Nageshwar Rao and Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy were present, along with Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari and Director General of Police (DGP) Jitender. Chief Minister’s Advisor Ven Narender Reddy, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Mahesh Kumar Goud, and BC Commission Chairman Niranjan also participated in the event.
Ministers Ponnam Prabhakar and Konda Surekha were among the key dignitaries who attended the homage ceremony. Senior government officials and other leaders also paid their respects to Mahatma Gandhi, remembering his contributions to the nation.
