Speaking at Ravindra Bharathi, he emphasized that welfare and development must go hand in hand while ensuring equal opportunities for employment and livelihood.
Referring to the budget presented by Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, he called it a “Ugadi Pachadi,” symbolizing a mix of six flavors—indicating the balance of allocations across all sectors. He stressed the government’s commitment to agricultural growth and education for the underprivileged.
“The budget prioritizes education, healthcare, employment, and welfare, ensuring funds are allocated to every crucial sector,” he stated, adding that the government is making consistent efforts to put Telangana on a strong developmental trajectory.

“Telangana has emerged as a leader in rice production, and we will ensure that the fine grain cultivated by our farmers reaches the needy,” he declared.
He asserted that the government’s policy is to increase income and uplift the poor, prioritizing inclusive growth.
