Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will meet Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy and key officials this evening to review the Justice P. Chandra Ghose Commission’s inquiry report on the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project.
The 650-page sealed report was submitted Thursday morning to irrigation department special chief secretary Rahul Bojja and then delivered to the CM’s Office.
Formed on March 14, 2024, the commission spent 15 months examining the Medigadda, Annaram and Sundilla barrages. It interrogated 119 individuals and recorded statements.
Attendees at the evening meeting include Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy, Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, Principal Secretary Rahul Bojja, and Commission Chairman Justice P. Chandra Ghose. Senior officials are already reviewing the findings.
