With people moving between MeeSeva centres and the Civil Supplies Office, long queues and overcrowding have become common at both locations. Applicants have expressed frustration over the time-consuming process, stating they are forced to wait for hours at multiple offices.
Citizens are urging the authorities to streamline the procedure and improve coordination between departments to avoid unnecessary delays.
