HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader Prashanth Reddy has accused the Congress party of suppressing the voice of the opposition. He stated that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s remarks against former CM K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) were being rejected by the public.
Speaking to the media, Prashanth Reddy alleged that Congress was attempting to divert attention from Revanth Reddy’s comments by engaging in political theatrics. He further criticized the ruling party for allegedly preventing BRS leaders from speaking at the media point in the assembly premises.
Prashanth Reddy asserted that Congress was deliberately obstructing BRS leaders from addressing the media, which he claimed was an attack on democratic principles. He emphasized that the opposition had the right to voice its opinions and accused the ruling party of trying to control the narrative.
