Congress leader Boreddy Ayodhya Reddy questions the rise in K.T. Rama Rao's assets from ₹4.35 crore in 2009 to ₹53.31 crore in 2023.

Congress Leader Questions KTR's Asset Growth

HYDERABAD, February 13: Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) to Chief Minister and congress leader Boreddy Ayodhya Reddy publicly questioned the substantial increase in assets of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR). Reddy highlighted that KTR’s declared assets have risen from ₹4.35 crore in 2009 to ₹53.31 crore in 2023. He inquired about the sources of this significant growth and whether any undisclosed ventures contributed to it.

Reddy referenced a recent incident where authorities seized ₹30 lakh in cash, 55 luxury cars, 86 fighting cocks, betting coins, playing cards, and 46 cockfighting blades from a farmhouse on the outskirts of Hyderabad. He questioned if such activities were linked to the increase in KTR’s assets. Reddy remarked, “You, who respond to issues from Bhimavaram to Boston, we hope you will also respond to this.”

As of now, there has been no official response from K.T. Rama Rao regarding these allegations. The political community awaits his clarification on the matter.
