Hyderabad: The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show is scheduled to be held from August 15 to 17 at Hitex Exhibition Centre, bringing together only RERA-approved projects from member developers across the city.
This year with the theme ‘Choice is Yours’, the three-day event aims to position itself as a credible, single-window platform for serious homebuyers. Apartments, villas, plots, and commercial spaces from across Hyderabad will be on display.
Organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), the event will feature only vetted listings, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and buyer protection.
Hyderabad’s real estate market continues to show resilience, thanks to sustained buyer interest, according to CREDAI Hyderabad President N. Jaideep Reddy. He pointed out that property registrations in May 2025 alone topped ₹4,300 crore—marking a 14% rise over the same period last year.
President-Elect B. Jagannath Rao added that despite global uncertainty, Hyderabad continues to attract investment and remains a favourable destination for buyers.
