Hyderabad: The final deadline for Phase 3 registration and web options under Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) has been extended to June 25, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) said on Thursday.
The revised schedule was announced by TSCHE Chairman and DOST Convenor Prof. V. Balakista Reddy along with Commissioner of Collegiate Education A. Devasena. They said the extension was granted following requests from the Telangana Degree College Principals’ Association and the Government College Teachers’ Association.
The decision is aimed at facilitating undergraduate admissions for students who recently cleared their intermediate supplementary exams.
Alongside the registration extension, the last date for Phase 2 online self-reporting has also been extended to June 25. Officials said this will help students who are yet to confirm their allotted seats.
As per the updated schedule, seat allotments for Phase 3 will be released on June 28. Students who secured seats in Phase 1 or Phase 2 are expected to report to colleges between June 26 and June 30.
Self-reporting for Phase 3 will be open from June 28 to June 30. Students allotted seats in this round must report to their respective colleges between June 28 and July 1.
Classes for the first semester will commence on June 30, with orientation sessions scheduled from July 1 to July 4.
