Hyderabad: A fire broke out in a residential flat at Mithila Nagar Colony under Bachupally limits in Medchal-Malkajgiri district late Tuesday night.
Residents noticed flames and alerted the fire department. The fire reportedly intensified after spreading to the air conditioner unit. Firefighters reached the scene and managed to bring the blaze under control.
According to sources, a short circuit is suspected to have triggered the fire. No casualties were reported.
