Hyderabad: Today, the GHMC Head Office in Hyderabad was all smiles for Telangana’s 12th Formation Day, joining the state’s big celebration since it came into being in 2014. Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi teamed up with Commissioner RV Karnan and Deputy Mayor Srilatha Shoban Reddy to raise the national flag, kicking things off with a lot of pride.
The Mayor shared some exciting updates about the development projects GHMC has been working on to make the city better for everyone. To add to the happy vibes, the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Commissioner gave out PPE kits to the sanitation, veterinary, and entomology workers who keep Hyderabad running.
Lots of folks were there to join the fun, including additional commissioners, department heads, and other staff, all coming together to celebrate this special day for Telangana.
