Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a dedicated WhatsApp helpline to allow citizens to report civic issues like construction debris and garbage overflow directly and quickly.
GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan said residents can now send complaints via WhatsApp to 81259 66586, including location details and photos.
Previously, complaints were accepted only through the “My GHMC” mobile app. The new helpline is intended to enable faster response to civic concerns.
