Harish Rao in Telangana Assembly

HYDERABAD: Former minister and BRS leader Harish Rao delivered a blistering speech in the state Assembly, tearing into the government. In a fiery rebuttal, Rao questioned the government’s credibility, asking, “Who is incompetent? Who is wrong?” His powerful remarks sparked heated exchanges in the House.

During the debate, Harish Rao accused the government of distorting facts and misleading the public with baseless allegations. He challenged them to present concrete evidence rather than making hollow accusations. Rao highlighted the previous government’s achievements, pointing to welfare schemes, infrastructure projects, and financial management as proof of its efficiency.

Refuting claims of mismanagement, Harish Rao emphasized that Telangana had achieved remarkable growth under the BRS rule. He dismissed the government’s allegations of financial irregularities as false and politically motivated.

“You criticize us, but where were you when the people needed real solutions?” Rao questioned, slamming the government for failing to offer constructive policies.

The session turned heated as members from treasury benches interrupted Rao several times, prompting sharp exchanges. However, the former minister remained resolute, asserting that the government was committed to public welfare and transparency.
