Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Meteorological Centre has warned of widespread heavy rain across several Telangana districts on Monday while predicting light to moderate showers in other parts of the state.
According to the weather office, districts including Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, and Mulugu are expected to receive heavy rainfall through Monday.
For Tuesday, the forecast points to very heavy rain in Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, and Nirmal districts, with officials cautioning residents in vulnerable areas to stay alert.
HYDRAA (Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection) teams may be kept on standby if the situation worsens.
