Hussain Sagar water levels rise, residents told to stay alert
Lake division officials said they are monitoring the situation round the clock. They urged residents in low-lying areas to stay alert. Some locals observed steady increases in water, with minor flooding already reported in areas along the banks.
The Meteorological Department forecast more showers in the coming days. Officials warned that further rainfall could swell the lake levels and worsen flooding risks in adjoining localities.
