Officials redirected Indigo flights from Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune to Vijayawada’s Gannavaram airport. They confirmed that weather over Shamshabad did not allow safe flight operations.
The diversions troubled passengers, who faced delays and confusion. Many travelers asked airport staff when flights would return to Hyderabad.
