Hyderabad Neopolis pre-bid meet draws strong interest

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Neopolis pre-bid meeting drew strong interest at T-Hub, and more than 100 developers joined the session. They attended to understand HMDA’s Phase 3 e-auction, which covers key Neopolis plots and a major parcel on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet. As the meeting opened, Metropolitan Commissioner Shri Sarfaraz Ahmad, IAS, assured participants that the auction would follow a transparent and simple process.

He also noted that Hyderabad’s steady growth and strong infrastructure continued to attract large developers. Because of this, Cushman & Wakefield gave a short briefing on plot features, location value and market prospects. Their input helped the audience see how Neopolis Phase 3 fits into the city’s wider growth story.

Soon after, MSTC officials explained the complete e-auction steps. Senior Officer and Zonal Manager Shri Jamil Akhtar walked participants through registration, portal features and bidding rules. As a result, even first-time bidders gained clarity on how to join the sale. Clear instructions on compliance and payments further improved confidence among attendees.

In response, the commissioner addressed each query and stated that past HMDA auctions had run smoothly. He also said the authority would guide bidders throughout the process, which helped settle concerns in the room.

After the session, many attendees began shaping their bidding plans for the four-day auction. Each day will feature two plots, and this schedule encourages early preparation. Moreover, leading builders and major corporates—including Godrej, Sattva, My Home, Brigade, GHR, Megha Engineering and MSN—took part in the event. Their presence showed strong faith in the next development phase at Neopolis.
