Hyderabad: Police arrested two men from Odisha and seized 10 kg of ganja near Bonguluru Ring Road under Adibatla police station limits.

According to Adibatla Circle Inspector Ravi Kumar, the arrests took place on August 31, around 6 p.m. Acting on credible information, a police team intercepted two men transporting ganja in packets. The contraband was reportedly meant for employees of various companies and college students in Hyderabad.
The accused were identified as A-1 Deva Kabasi, 35, and A-2 Jogi Madakani, 42, both natives of Malkangiri in Odisha. Police said they purchased the consignment from A-3 Palasi Nukaraju in Malkangiri at a lower price. The seized quantity was valued at ₹2.5 lakh in the local market.
The accused was sent to remand
Police recovered two mobile phones along with the ganja from the accused. Both men were taken into custody and later remanded. The investigation to trace the third accused, Palasi Nukaraju, is underway.
