Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Press Club will hold elections for its 2025–27 executive committee on October 26. Voting will begin at 9 a.m. and continue until 5 p.m., according to general secretary Ravikanth Reddy.

The club appointed Dodd Srinivas Reddy as the returning officer for the polls. Members will elect the president, two vice-presidents (general and women), general secretary, two joint secretaries, treasurer, and ten executive members.
Ravikanth Reddy said journalists can raise objections to the voters’ list until October 9. The club will issue nomination forms on October 12 and 13. Candidates can file their nominations on October 14 and 15.
If required, polling will continue until 6 p.m. in emergencies, he added.
