Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) area is expected to experience changing weather conditions over the next 24 hours, the Cyberabad Traffic Police said on Friday. Most parts of the city were forecast to remain dry until evening, with light and isolated showers in select localities.

From around 5 pm to 2 am, scattered moderate to intense thunderstorms were likely to develop in different zones. This would be followed by light to moderate rain in some areas between 2 am and 9 am.

The rainfall is to be less intense than yesterday
Officials noted that the rainfall would not be as heavy as the previous day’s showers. Certain localities could still receive between 25 mm and 45 mm of rain. Residents were advised to remain alert and take necessary precautions, particularly during night hours when thunderstorms were expected.
