HYDERABAD: Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring Agency (HYDRAA) Commissioner AV Ranganath has issued a public warning urging citizens to exercise caution when purchasing plots in Hyderabad. He advised prospective buyers to thoroughly verify land documents before making transactions to avoid fraudulent deals.
Speaking to the media, Commissioner Ranganath highlighted recent cases where unsuspecting buyers were misled into purchasing disputed or illegally acquired lands. He stressed the importance of checking official land records and consulting legal experts before finalizing property deals.
Authorities are actively investigating real estate fraud cases and taking strict action against those involved. Commissioner Ranganath also urged the public to report suspicious land dealings to the police to prevent further scams.
