Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAAA) actively participated in the Ganesh immersion festivities held in the city on Saturday. Officials closely monitored the immersion of the Khairatabad Maha Ganapati at Hussain Sagar Lake.
HYDRAAA Commissioner A.V. Ranganath personally supervised the arrangements from the control room set up at Hussain Sagar and inspected the immersion of the giant Khairatabad idol.

Additional Commissioner N. Ashok Kumar, Additional Directors Varla Papayya, DRF officers Jayaprakash, Yagna Narayana, Gautam, and Mohan, along with Disaster Response Force (DRF) staff, were present at the lake to oversee safety measures.
HYDRAAA personnel patrolled Hussain Sagar in boats to ensure smooth immersion operations and public safety during the massive procession.
