Inter-district Burglar Arrested in Metpally; ₹11 Lakh Worth of Stolen Goods Recovered

HYDERABAD – In a significant breakthrough, Mallaapur police have arrested an inter-district burglar, identified as Mittapalli Laxman, who was involved in a series of thefts targeting locked houses across various districts. The arrest led to the recovery of stolen property valued at approximately ₹11 lakh.

Laxman, a resident of Metpally, had been operating across multiple districts, meticulously selecting locked residences for his burglaries. His modus operandi involved conducting reconnaissance to identify potential targets and ensuring the houses were unoccupied before breaking in.

Acting on credible information, the police apprehended Laxman and conducted a thorough investigation. The operation resulted in the recovery of stolen items, including gold ornaments, electronic gadgets, and cash.
