Hyderabad: The Income Tax Department carried out searches on the offices and residences of the DSR Group of Companies in Hyderabad on Tuesday. The raids began in the morning and were conducted simultaneously at nearly 10 locations linked to the company.
Officials said the searches covered DSR Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and its associated firms. Teams were deployed across Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, SR Nagar, and Suraram as part of the coordinated action. The department suspects large-scale irregularities in the company’s tax filings.
IT raids target DSR Group’s top executives
Sources said the searches focused on tax payments made over the past five years. Residences and offices of DSR Group Managing Director Sudhakar Reddy, Executive Director Prabhakar Reddy, and CEO Satyanarayana Reddy were also searched. CRPF personnel were deployed to support the operations. Officials indicated that further details would emerge once scrutiny of seized documents is completed.
