Hyderabad: BRS leader and Suryapet MLA G. Jagadish Reddy accused party MLC K. Kavitha of strengthening the party’s enemies by using language identical to that of political opponents. He said her recent statements mirrored the rhetoric long used by Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and journalist A.B.K. Radha Krishna.
Jagadish Reddy alleged that Kavitha’s phrases had first been used by the Congress and its media allies, and were now being recycled by her. He said the same words were returning to the party through her voice, damaging its credibility from within.

Jagadish Reddy accuses Kavitha of aiding BRS critics
He said his 25-year political record in Nalgonda made him accountable for both victories and defeats, but rejected internal speculation about individual agendas. “Some imagine they’ll take charge. That’s delusion. The party decides,” he said.
Jagadish Reddy said he met party chief K. Chandrashekhar Rao fifty times in recent months and never discussed Kavitha. He described such conversations as a waste of time. “We only spoke about Banakacherla and agriculture,” he said.
He said he had not seen Teenmaar Mallanna’s comments on Kavitha. “If I had, I would have responded,” he said.
