Hyderabad: Former Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy paid floral tributes at the Idupulapaya memorial of his father, late chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, on the occasion of the latter’s 76th birth anniversary on Monday.
Accompanied by his mother Y.S. Vijayamma and wife Y.S. Bharathi Reddy, Jagan reached the family estate in Kadapa district to participate in the low-key ceremony. Family members joined in offering respects at the grave site.
Senior YSRCP leaders and cadres also participated in the tribute event, standing alongside the former chief minister in a show of loyalty to the party’s founding patriarch.
