Hyderabad: Tourism and Culture Minister Jupally Krishna Rao unveiled the poster for the Bathukamma poets’ conference on Monday. The event will take place on September 24 as part of the state’s Bathukamma festival celebrations.
The Telangana Sahitya Academy, in coordination with the state government, will host the conference at Ravindra Bharathi. Poets will present works that reflect the cultural spirit of Bathukamma. Women poets will also take part in a collective Bathukamma celebration during the programme.
Sahitya Academy Secretary Dr. Namoju Balachari attended the poster launch, along with poets Mucharla Dinakar, Oddiraju Praveen Kumar, and others.
