K. Kavitha meets Veenugopal ahead of Jagruti Janma Baata programme

Hyderabad: Telangana Jagruti president K. Kavitha has begun a series of meetings with intellectuals and civil society figures in the run-up to the organisation’s “Jagruti Janma Baata” programme, set to begin on October 25.

As part of these consultations, Kavitha met Veenugopal, editor of Vikshanam, on Tuesday evening. The discussion focused on ground-level public issues, challenges faced by various communities, and the importance of incorporating expert perspectives into long-term policy planning.

Kavitha stated that the purpose of these interactions is to gather views, suggestions, and guidance from experts across different fields. She said Telangana’s development requires inclusive inputs, especially from intellectuals, social leaders, and grassroots observers.

Through the Jagruti Janma Baata initiative, Telangana Jagruti aims to channel public concerns into structured feedback that can influence policy-making. Kavitha emphasised that the voices of Telangana’s people must be at the heart of all future decisions.
