KA Paul criticised the BRS for lacking moral ground to comment on the SLBC tunnel crisis, blaming its past government for neglecting infrastructure safety.
HYDERABAD: Praja Shanti Party president KA Paul has launched a scathing attack on the BRS party, claiming that it has no moral ground to comment on the SLBC (Srisailam Left Bank Canal) tunnel incident.
Speaking at a press conference, he accused the former government of failing to take preventive measures, which, he alleged, led to the current crisis.
Paul argued that the BRS administration overlooked crucial infrastructure projects and failed to ensure worker safety in large-scale developments. “Now, after being voted out of power, they are trying to blame others while ignoring their own accountability,” he stated.
The leader further demanded that both the current and previous governments take full responsibility for the situation. He urged authorities to prioritize rescue operations and take preventive steps to avoid such incidents in the future.
