Hyderabad: Telangana Jagruthi president and MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Friday visited eminent poets K. Siva Reddy and Prof. N. Gopi to console them over recent family bereavements.
Siva Reddy’s son, noted painter Shambhu Prasad, passed away recently. Prof. N. Gopi’s wife Aruna also died in the recent weeks.

Kavitha visited Siva Reddy at his residence in Gaddiannaram and offered condolences, urging him to remain strong in the face of loss. Later, she went to Prof. N. Gopi’s residence at Ramanthapur and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.
Telangana Jagruthi general secretary Naveen Achari, leaders Kol Srinivas, Mahender, Ganapuram Devender, Siva Reddy, and Ramu Yadav accompanied her during the visits.
