Hyderabad: Telangana Jagruthi president Kalvakuntla Kavitha will begin the Janam Baata yatra from Nizamabad on October 25. The public outreach campaign will start with a tribute at the Gun Park memorial in Hyderabad and then continue across key locations in Nizamabad district.
She will leave the Jagruthi office in Banjara Hills at 9 a.m. and reach the Gun Park martyrs’ memorial near the Assembly. There, she will offer floral tributes. By 9:30 a.m., she will speak to the media and outline the day’s events.
Kavitha to lead bike rally, speak at public meeting
At 1:30 p.m., Kavitha will launch a bike rally from the outskirts of Nizamabad. The rally will conclude at the Telangana Jagruthi office by 2 p.m. There, she will pay respects at the Telangana Talli statue and address the public.
Later, at 4 p.m., she will interact with Godavari flood victims in Yench village under Navipet mandal. By 6 p.m., she will visit the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in CH Kondur, Nandipet mandal, to offer special prayers.
Four-month campaign backed by new committees
Kavitha will stay among the people throughout the next four months as part of the Janam Baata campaign. The initiative aims to strengthen grassroots engagement and connect directly with citizens across Telangana.
To support this tour, she unveiled new state, district, and affiliated wings of Telangana Jagruthi on Friday in Hyderabad. These committees assumed charge immediately and will coordinate efforts during the campaign.
