Hyderabad: BRS leader K. Kavitha resigned from the party and relinquished her MLC post on Wednesday, stating clearly that she had no intention of joining any political party.
“There should be no doubt I am not joining any party,” she said. “I am a determined person, with courage and inner strength.”
Kavitha said she would soon consult BC youth, social justice advocates, and Jagruthi leaders and workers to decide her next course of action. However, she clarified that she had not taken any decision about her political future yet.
She added that her only regret was being unable to meet her mother.
