Hyderabad: Bharat Rashtra Samithi president and former chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Wednesday condoled the death of Telangana activist, Bahujan intellectual and social philosopher Professor Prabhanjan Yadav.
Calling his passing a major loss to the State, KCR recalled Yadav’s decision to resign from his government post in Delhi to join the Telangana statehood agitation. He described Yadav as a key voice in the movement, whose work as a journalist, public thinker, and activist helped shape its ideological foundation.
The BRS chief said Yadav drew inspiration from Mahatma Phule and Dr B.R. Ambedkar, and was a strong advocate for the upliftment of backward communities.
KCR extended his condolences to the bereaved family and acknowledged Yadav’s enduring contributions to the Telangana cause.
