Hyderabad: A key meeting on HAM road projects in Telangana will be held at the NAC on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Roads, Buildings and Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy will chair the meeting, which follows instructions from Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy.
Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka will attend as chief guest. Panchayat Raj Minister Seethakka, Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, Special Chief Secretary Vikas Raj, Panchayat Raj Principal Secretary N. Sridhar, Finance Principal Secretary Sandeep Kumar Sultania, R&B officials, bankers, and contractors will also participate.
The agenda includes discussions on road projects to be taken up under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). Officials are expected to take key decisions on starting the tender process for R&B and Panchayat Raj HAM road works.
Komatireddy said the Chief Minister has already approved 17 packages under the R&B department. He added that tomorrow’s meeting could pave the way for the immediate launch of the tender process.
