Hyderabad: Union Minister G Kishan Reddy has said that Hyderabad’s construction sector is witnessing rapid growth and called on builders to prioritise consumer interests and construction quality above all else.
Speaking at a CREDAI event in Hitec City, Kishan Reddy urged real estate developers to adapt to global trends by using more indigenous materials. He assured the gathering that the central government will continue to support the sector but cautioned against compromising on building standards.
“Hyderabad is already leading in IT and pharma sectors, and now the construction industry is showing notable progress,” he said. He added that the city is poised to emerge as a global hub in real estate as well.
