Hyderabad: Minister for Roads & Buildings and Cinematography Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Tuesday handed over a Letter of Credit (LOC) worth ₹2.5 lakh to a beneficiary from Nalgonda district for medical assistance.
The LOC was given to Pokala Sravan Kumar, a resident of Ellareddigudem village, who requires financial support for an intestinal surgery. The assistance was sanctioned under the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF), following Sravan Kumar’s appeal to the Minister.

Komatireddy personally handed over the sanctioned amount at the Secretariat. He conveyed his wishes for Sravan Kumar’s recovery and expressed the government’s commitment to supporting underprivileged citizens in medical distress.
“I am glad that the government could extend support to you and your family. The people’s government will always stand by the underprivileged in their time of need,” the Minister stated.
