HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) has filed petitions in the High Court seeking to quash cases registered against him at Banjara Hills and Musheerabad police stations. The cases were reportedly filed after his allegations against Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.
KTR, in his petition, argued that the cases were registered without valid reasons and claimed they were politically motivated. The cases were filed after he accused CM Revanth Reddy of allegedly collecting Rs 2,500 crore from builders and contractors.
On Friday, KTR submitted two separate petitions in the High Court, requesting the dismissal of the charges.
