HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) has predicted the imminent dismissal of Minister Jupally Krishna Rao from his position. This follows a verbal slip by Jupally during a press conference, where he mistakenly referred to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy as “Chief Minister KTR.” The incident has since gained significant traction on social media platforms.
During the press conference, Minister Jupally was discussing the implementation of the six guarantees promised by the Congress party during the elections. He mentioned that the current government, under Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, allocates approximately ₹6,500 crore monthly for these schemes. However, in his address, he inadvertently referred to the Chief Minister as “KTR” before promptly correcting himself to “Revanth Reddy.”
Reacting to this slip, KTR took to his social media platform, X (formerly Twitter), sharing the video clip of the incident. He commented, “Mark my words, Jupally garu, for this mistake, your removal from the ministerial position is certain.” This remark has sparked discussions regarding potential repercussions for Minister Jupally within the political circles.
As the situation unfolds, it remains to be seen how the Congress leadership will address this incident and whether any official actions will be taken concerning Minister Jupally’s position.
Mark my words. Minister Jupalli is going to be sacked from cabinet soon for this mistake 😄 https://t.co/5h9bBelGhX
